We do not ask for a damage deposit but trust that any damage will be reported and paid for.
All bed linen is provided.
Generally arrival time is 3:00pm.

We require a deposit of £100. The full balance is due six weeks before arrival and in the event of cancellation before then we will do our best to re-let and refund your deposit minus a £25 administration fee.
If the let is cancelled within six weeks of arrival you will be liable for the full cost.
